Post Fake Tracking Number?

My package was sent out with what appears to be a fake tracking number.

It is: CP343898986CN. It hasn't worked since it was "shipped".

I also saw that the wish tracking said that a delivery attempt had failed, but it has only been a week since the package was shipped.

What is going on? 😕
