I have not received my shipment and it has been more than 60 days

1. You should contact seller as soon as possible and tell him you have not receive your parcel. Try to have an arrangement with him.

Sorry about that, the tracking number is: RI932440431CN

I will contact the shipper on Monday. Let me know if there is anything else that can be done.

3. Either the parcel did not pass the Canadian Customs in Canada or Canada Post tried to deliver the parcel and for whatever reason was not able to do so. So the parcel is returning to the seller in China.

4. When you contact seller provide him with the above full tracking of your parcel because then he will know that the parcel returned to China and possibly it is still sitting into a China Post Office awaiting maybe a phone call.
