I just informed the recipient to call the hotline that you've given. I haven't received his replies. Can the China Post center office hold the package for a while until the recipient calls them? I cannot contact the wife of the addressee. The one that she was using was her husband's phone. Mostly, his phone is offline. The addressee will be home next week. Are there some next delivery attempts? Can you estimate how long the package will be at Shenzhen?
