The last update was on Sept 19 2017 RG602205136CN. Now its say expired. Why would it expire if the sender sent the package? Please help

The package isn't "expired"; some tracking sites just show that for a package that's been in transit for a long time with no updates.

Canada Post doesn't provide online tracking for these kinds of parcels (Registered Mail), so that's why there aren't any updates from Canada. It's impossible to know from the tracking where the parcel is or whether it was ever delivered.

It could have been sent to Canada and delivered, and the tracking would still look the same.

If you want tracking in Canada, you have to pay for ePacket shipping (tracking number starting with L) or EMS (tracking number starting with E).

Ok thanks. Most time you dont have a choice who the seller uses for shipping

Yeah, some offer choice, some unfortunately don't. If this is something you bought, and it hasn't arrived yet, you should open a buyer dispute if you still can, so you can try and get your money back.
