I am waiting for 3 parcels. All were sent via ePacket, but the tracking shows none of them have even left China yet! What's going on? One of the parcels was posted on 2018-01-27 and it said I will receive the parcels within 13 - 20 days. I am going overseas on 20 February and it is now highly unlikely any of the parcels will arrive in time to take with me. What is the point of paying for ePacket if the parcels are not sent in time? I am very unhappy with this shocking service. Please let me know what's going on. Thank you.

Australia post websites shows LX713694225CN status as "GRANVILLE NSW, Processed through Australia Post facility". it just arrived Australia today. you will get this parcel very soon.

The other 2 parcels should be similar to the 1st parcel. You just need some patient.
