Hello,
I bought an item on e-bay and got this tracking number:
LS419613955CN
the delivery dates stated January 16 - February 26.
I waited patiently... I tried to track the item, but unsuccessfully till today. I found your site and it looks like the item was delivered on January 11. However, we never received it. Can you help? was it perhaps sent to a wrong address? or was it simply a scam?

It was probably at the post office and got returned to China after a couple of weeks, try contacting USPS about this concern. Chances are you cannot get it back anymore

In this case, USPS tracking says the item was actually delivered, not returned:

If you live in Terrebonne, OR, the parcel might have been delivered to the wrong address, or delivered to your mailbox, but then stolen. :(

If you don't live in Terrebonne, OR, then the package was addressed wrong by the seller. If this is the case you should definitely open a dispute right away to try and get your money back.
