ePacket to Europe now is suffering some delay(about one to two weeks). To USA is about one week slower than last year.

I have a epacket that left china to San Francisco on the 29th Oct and it's has been no update since. Usually takes about 7-10 days to update in the US but nothing yet . Getting worried as its supposed to 12-20 days but doesn't seem like I'll be getting it in thay time frame and also usps lost a package of mine recently so I'm worried it's lost :(

chinapostvolunteer: You know a place where to get update about the delays with epacket or statistics in this period of year? I mean 2017 real statistics, not 2015 or 2016.... Do you know?

I am still waiting on a package that's supposedly shipped to JFK from Shenzhen a day after this package on 11/2/17 It's now been 4 days later then the example listed above. And it still has not cleared through customs (assuming that it's even in the United States)

I truly believe the problem is on China's side especially from the Guangzhou and Shenzhen areas. Packages arriving from or being shipped through Shanghai seem to be fine. They seem to be having some sort of issue. Personally I still think packages are still sitting in China, because the packages that are making it to the United States are clearing customs in less than a week.

This time of year, package from china are slow. The volume is higher than normaly because of holidays and christmast. Everyone order for business and familly gift. Normaly, USA is 5-6 millions package delivered by e-packet assuming to 1 of the biggest tracking website. It could be way more.
During November and December, it grow up to 8-9 millions.

I dont think it is from china the problem but more on USA border then USPS side.

Average is usualy 12 days from the leaving to USA airport. But, in November it goes to 15-16 days and surprise december it is 19-20 days.

China Holidays, Christmast Holydays, LOT of packet = more waiting :)

Sometime e-packet is only 6 days but can extend to 30 days... rarely over this but actually it is delays for sure!
