I live in the US. I bought an item from a seller in China. He gave me this tracking number.

Will it come soon?

1. This is the tracking of your parcel:
China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System
Parcel No.RS285768383CN tracking result
2016-11-10 15:41:49.0 parcel center received
2016-11-10 21:56:00.0 parcel center customs scan
2016-11-10 23:12:47.0 leaving parcel center ,next station Shenzhen center
2016-11-11 00:14:25.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan
2016-11-11 07:39:37.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-11-29 14:12:58.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan
2016-11-29 14:19:47.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-11-30 18:32:00.0 arrive Shanghai Int'l Airport
2016-11-30 18:45:14.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport
2016-12-09 14:28:26.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan
2016-12-09 18:31:18.0 Shenzhen Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

2. Your parcel last tracking is showing Import Customs which means this:

What does “Import Customs Scan” mean?

3. For whatever reason I suspect the parcel is going back to the seller. May I suggest you contact seller and provide him with the above tracking.

Hope this help.

1. What do you mean you got scammed, either your country did not accept the parcel because of US Rules or it's something that China Post Customs intercepted before it got out of the country.

2. Just contact the seller and after the contact you can open a dispute (to get your money back) since you never got the parcel.

Hope this help.

1. You need to contact seller, he will let you know what was wrong with the parcel.

2. Anything inside the parcel that is part of this:

China Post Forbidden Item List

Hope this help.
