Bought an item on ebay and it was shipped under tracking number RI708819271CN. Was shiped with China post December 2017. Still haven’t received parcel. Track 17
App searched results said delivery unsuccessful.

Please help. I’m in South Africa.

you need contact South Africa post office in your area. They are responsible to deliver china post parcel in your country.

Thank you for your reply. I have contacted the South Africsn Post Office they doesn’t seem to know how to handle this situation as they recon the parcel never reached SA.
Would you be willing to help me track the parcel please?
Also to give more details on this package please? On the tracking it seems as if parcel was never in SA.

I just tracked the parcel RI708819271CN. It was last year parcel number which is shipped to India. Your seller is a cheater. Which website did you buy the goods from?

Bought it from Ebay. Seller not active anymore. Dis report nothing done on matter. Thank you for your help
