Post Delivery Tracking Question

I ordered a jacket first, and then I ordered a pair of shoes. The issue is that I ordered that the jacket shipped 4 days earlier than the shoes did but the shoes processed in Canada first. But the jacket hasn't arrived in Canada yet. The tracking number for the jacket is : LM029549394CN and the tracking number for the shoes is : LM032392555CN

1. For the parcel LM029549394CN, it's going to Vancouver:
2016-06-16 12:20,From Suzhou to the Vancouver (transit), Suzhou.

2. For the parcel LM032392555CN, it's going to Mississauga:
2016-06-25 00:27,Item processed, MISSISSAUGA

3. Lately Vancouver his having a lot of parcel to verify at the Customs Office.
E Packet like your parcel are normally deliver in 6 to 12 working days.

4. Please take note that Canada Post employees are in negotiation with Canada Post for a new contract. there might be some disruption of service starting 2 July.

5. I suspect possibly your parcel at Vancouver should be out of Customs within a few days. Otherwise they will be missing the target of 6 to 12 days.
