1. The only tracking that I could find is this:

2. You are aware that your parcel can take from 30 to 60 days for delivery because it's a China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus parcel. Also can only be track in China with limited tracking.

3. Now what is the parcel telling us. It could be 2 things, either it pass the China Post Export Security and Customs check or it did not pass those check. May I suggest you look at this:

What does the status “Export Security Scan” mean? How long it will take?

4. May I suggest you contact seller and have him check with China Post that the parcel did pass the Security and Customs check otherwise the parcel will never make it out of China.
