Hi,

My package CY588557280DE is since 29/09/2024 stopped at GUANGZHOU.
This is a return package from the DH website, that the seller said it would pay the transportation when he gets the package. Why is it stopped?

CY588557280DE arrived customs in Guangzhou on Sep 30. Receiver does not even make any customs clearance. Obviously he doesn't want to accept the return and refund you money.

Don't buy from such cheaters in future. It is very risky.
