Hello, I ordered some clothes from unhs.net and they did`t arrive yet. How much would it take for them to arrive, it`s been 36 days since the last update and when I ask them about it they say it`s in custom clearence. Tracking n.o RH935347696CN

too many parcels were shipped during Nov and Dec, airline has not enough space to ship them in short time. You need wait another 1 to 2 weeks.

I also have a parcel returned back from china because chinese custom not alowed pass, can u check why not arrived yet? thank u!CO984279312RO

China customs only marked rejected for security reason. No other return detail.

they said its too big value of parcel, so cannot do clearence as personal parcel, must have company license for import, which off course i dont have, but i wondered why last so long to arrive back to romania, they send it in 21 november , and still not arrived in romania, u have idea whats the problem?

return parcel might travel 2 to 4 months. it is very slow.
