Post China Post Tracking Problem

Hello,

I had placed 2 orders on Amazon (USA) and the seller has shipped the product by China post (China to USA with tracking numbers LW836327505CN and LW836327562CN (seller had shipped the product on 12th September 2017). Both the tracking numbers yield the same result (No shipping record!)
Kindly provide an update on the mentioned tracking numbers.

your seller did not ship anything to you. You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you cannot track the parcel in next 2 days, you will open dispute to amazon against fraud shipment.
