Post CHINA EMS CLOSED FOR 19th NCCCPC?

It has been relayed to me by my vendor that they are unable to ship my products to the US as they were notified that China EMS is closed from October 18, 2017 with no date for resuming business provided.

Is this accurate information?? There is nothing that I can find which supports this statement and I need assistance in confirming that it is true and correct.
