http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel CC194961824CA arrived Guangzhou on Nov 13. it should be delivered no later than Nov 20. The parcel must has some problem. I hope it is not lost, you should call China Post hot line 11185 and try to find the location of the parcel.

I hope not lost as was Christmas gift sent in September. Will get my daughter to call hot line and ask for assistance. She works at International School and they maybe able to provide assistance. I know that she got call from customs asking what was in package and she responded with contents. Looks like it transferred to domestic transport after leaving customs. Hope they hold for some time, fingers crossed!

Also ask your daughter call the school mail reception (if the address is the school) or building apartment management(if the address is an apartment). China Post mail normally will deliver parcel to building management.
