Item shipped September 14th and it is November 11th.
Tracking has not updated; not in destination country yet.
Tracking number: RH029288739CN

Ordered this item on October 2nd.
Tracking number: RH031515598CN

Waited one more week and items are still not here.

When will I get my items? Are they lost?

There are no batteries. It is not electronics.

they should have left shanghai in Oct. wait one more week, if not arrive, open dispute for lost order.
