1. Both parcels are going to USA JFK. In very normal condition parcel to USA can take between 9 to 23 days. But when your parcel where sent it was not normal condition. Because:
Holiday Season
China Post has to many parcel to send overseas
Not enough room on the Aircraft for parcel
Smog in China delaying Aircraft or cancelling them
Rescheduling of mail bags
New York overwhelming of parcel incoming from Overseas.

2. So you are going to ask me how long do I have to wait. I would say calendar days since the parcel was mail between 1 to 7 weeks.

3. Just continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.
