Good morning, I’m contacting You because the sender probably sent by mistake my parcel to United Kingdom instead of Italy. In fact on the confirm of my order the shipping address written was the correct one in Italy. this morning I tracked again the order and I realized that it was sent to Einfield (Uk). And due to the wrong address it will be delivered again to China. Can you please assist me?

Thank You for the feedback. Unfortunately the seller never answered to my several e-mails. The parcel containing Masks is now in London, on the way back to China. Is not a question of money, but due to Covid 19, these masks were very importants for me.
