I ordered 2 pokemon games from china (tracking number AG024982762CN) and its been something like 45 days since they brought, thats longer than the longest delivery time to the UK (http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php). it only says the post office received it and nothing else but my seller is saying the package is stuck in customs in MY country?

2. One addition to the above tracking is this:

2016-12-08 00: 00: 00.0 17:55:00 Guangzhou City to leave the processing center, sent to GBLALA = LANGLEY HWDC Royal Mail

3. You should have receive your parcel a long time ago. May I suggest you open a dispute with your seller for non reception of parcel.

4. I'm sure your parcel got delayed in China. Now is your parcel lost or misplace!!!

Thanks for the reply, didnt know of track-chinapost.com, just been using the chinapost tracking one which only says the item was received by the post office and not the bit about customs, my seller has already said theyll send them again, hopefully the same doesnt happen again. thanks again :)
