The packet does not move since the 04.02. according to the following. What may be the trouble? Thank you for the help!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was imported scan on Apr 2. normally this means your parcel was rejected by china customs. You should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress/paypal for non-arrival parcel refund.
