I should have received a package through your company with a tracking number LZ519401432CN which has been 'on route' for almost 20 days wih no updating in your web.
Can i ge more information on the shipmentt?

It is waiting for flight space from china to Spain. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. There will be no update during waiting time.
Everything looks normal, no need worry.

Correos Spain website shows The shipment is in the relevant Post Office for collection.

You need go to your local post office to pickup the parcel asap.
