Hi,
Hoping someone can help! Not having much luck with suppliers in China lately, massive delays and seems one of my parcels has gone missing.
Tracking: RS318013317CN
Last updated as dispatched from Guangzhou on the 12th of December 2016 - "Send item abroad (EDI-received)", hasn't updated since. Any ideas?

1. Parcel to Bulgaria can take a long time to arrive. May I suggest you look at this:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

2. Now what need to happen is Bulgaria Post scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

3. Just continue to track your parcel on the Bulgaria Post site for any new movement.

1. There has been persons here from USA that received their parcel after 50 days and the longest was 66 days so far.

2. So either you wait for your parcel or contact your seller and tell him you have not receive it.

What I am trying to figure out is if the package is lost somewhere in China or it is somewhere between China and Bulgaria on its way and hasn't arrived yet in the destination country.

1. Because there is no flight number attach to your parcel nobody know where exactly is the parcel.

2. Parcels to your country can take between 6 to 90 days. Here is the

1. The above tracking means that the parcel has pass Security and Customs scan and is ready to be ship out of China.

2. Because there is no flight number, nobody know exactly if the parcel departed China or not.

3. You and I can possibly assume that it had a lots of time to depart China before the Chinese New Year holiday.

4. Parcel to USA in normal condition can take between 9 to 23 days to be deliver.
