Hi! Can you help me find out what is going on with parcel HBM170509X8D00011. It has no movement (update) for 12 days, which is very strange. Last know status: Sent to HBM processing center on 2017-05-10 09:54.

HBM170509X8D00011 is not a valid chinapost tracking number.
U should contact your seller or the website where u bought from, how to track your parcel independently from them.
