Hello,
2017-09-07 I bought goods from China and after two months I got letter in my e-mail that China Post Air Parcel the order has been delivered to me and their system shows that I have received the product. But I haven't. So where it was delivered? My country post shows that last event of this order was in China, but it didn't reached the Lithuania (destination country).

CP343518365CN was not delivered to you, it was returned (delivered ) to someone in China. You should open dispute for refund.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived Guangzhou customs on Nov 10. It should have delivery problem otherwise it should be delivered in one week. You need ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.
