Two parcel is again lost, where they are? Tracking number RK828759447CN and RK830517461CN ? Thanks for the answer.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows both parcels were sent to airline in early Oct. they should be delayed by China national holiday. I suggest you wait another 10 days, they should arrive. if you can not get it by Nov 10, then open dispute to seller for lost parcel.
