Hello, I want to know the status of my shipment, since day 18 is not updated,RX800798715CN, 重庆 center export customs cleared.
There is'nt any update , like sent to airline.
There is in the same state one month ago.
They made some attempts to send the package?
Where It is? Is there a problem?

Last status isn't always "sent to airline" -- any status suggesting departure ("export customs cleared", "export security scan") followed by a long period of no tracking updates usually means that the item has left China.

Your parcel's status is normal; transit time to Spain might be 30 days or longer. Still, if you don't receive it by the beginning of February, you should probably assume it is lost, open a dispute, and claim a refund.
