1. Your parcel is fine, may I suggest you read this for your country:

2. When you parcel arrive in your country I suspect you will be able to track it.

1. The tracking number is a valid tracking number. I was not able to track your parcel on any sites.

2. Can you tell us when was the parcel mail and what is the tracking telling you.

Why it is written Austria (Vienna) while I am in Belgium (Brussels)???

1. Because the parcel is transiting through Vienna because your tracking number belong to:
Österreichische Post AG (Austria)

2. But the destination of your parcel is Belgium.

3. I was still not able to track your parcel even on the Austria Post site.
