Hi,

Ordered from iOffer on 29th Aug and still waiting for it to arrive 😐
Status is stuck on 'Departure Export Customs'.

Where is my parcel?
Number is RH234117468CN

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows its last location was Shanghai on Sep 8. Normally status will freeze at its last china city after it left China. It will keep travel another 2 to 4 weeks before it arrives UK.

"Departure Export Customs" is often the last status you'll see in China; your parcel is probably in transit, and you may not see any more updates until the parcel arrives in the UK and is scanned by the Royal Mail.
