Hi. My parcel left Shanghai airport on 13th Match and it still hasn't reached Ireland. That's over four weeks ago. Can you please tell me where it is. It's over six weeks since I've placed the order. I've bought several items from China and it's never taken this long. Is the parcel lost?

Still hasn't arrived. It's now been over 6 weeks since it's left China and hasn't arrived in Ireland yet. Surely there must be a way of tracing these packages as to where they currently are. Where does the post normally go after it leaves China. There must be a regular country route. I understand there were delays in March but it's nearly May now. It's nearly 9 weeks ago that I placed the order. Please follow up on this for me or at least let people know what kind of delays China Post is experiencing. Not good business for the seller and puts poor light on China Post.
