My package (RH106196348CN) is already for a month "sent to airline". Can I expect it soon or should I open a dispute?

My package RC917873639CN is "sent to airline" from December 10, 2014.
Package destination is Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Can I expect it soon or...?

Most of the orders shipped from China are being delayed due to the Christmas and New Year break.

Mine is also Sent to airline 2014-12-18 00:32

if the parcel was shipped over 60 days and you have not got the parcel, normally it means the parcel has high risk to be lost and you should open dispute and claim refund. now it has passed half year, you can not do anything, it is too late.
