http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=RG945084844CN shows the parcel was shipped on Apr 26. It should be delayed in some airport between china and UK. If you paid with paypal/aliexpress and your protection is still valid, keep waiting. Otherwise you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel.
