My parcel number is RG130394560CN the last information is from 17.02.2015. Please can you help me, with more information! The estimate date of delivery was 2.03-26.03.2015, but I'm still no recive nothing!

RG130394560CN should be lost or rejected by customs. you have to open dispute

Thanks for your replay! Three days ago seller send me a e-mail that the package was delivered to Bulgaria, but in the bulgarian post haven't any information about my parcel....I don't know what to do, I have no idea is my package is in Bulgaria or not....
