Hello, can you tell me when i get my package or is it lost? It should be there about 2 weeks ago...

1. This is the tracking I found:
2016-11-04 00: 00: 00.0 04:44:27 Shanghai to leave the processing center, sent FRROID

I found the Info here:

2. Your parcel is going through France ROISSY COURIER INTERNATIONAL. Then probably transported to Germany DPD courier.

3. May I suggest you contact seller and ask him to verify with China Post Ems if the parcel physically departed China for France. Tell him also that you did not receive your parcel.
