USPS website shows "ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS), Processed Through Facility, Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) at 9:50 am on April 16, 2018."

You will get it very soon.

you can use LS944299968CN same number to track in USPS website.

after sent to airline. parcel will wait 2 to 6 weeks to catch flight to Europe. You can not see new status until the parcel arrives your country.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Apri 21. Normally it will catch airline from china to Europe in 2 to 6 weeks after sent to airline.
