Where is my package

My package was sent on the 26/12/15 by my friend in China to Germany and yet still have not get the package now I don't know what to do whether it has been lost or not . This is tracking number CP201434295CN Because everyone since the package left Shanghai on 31/12/15. I have not been able to get any information concerning the package.omg ...please help to find out where is ti now thanks

if you return for refund and tracking result shows the parcel has been delivered, you can claim refund from aliexpress/ebay/amazon no matter what seller says.

According to response on other post it can take from 2 to 4 weeks to get your parcel to Australia.
Parcel will not update until it reaches another site.
Maybe also the parcel is already in Australia Customs.
