Dear China Post,

My Package with tracking number RL711777639CN has been in transit from Shanghai to Dubai since the 26th of June. Please can you help and tell me what is happening. When will I revive it?

shipping time from china to Dubai might take 2 to 4 weeks. If your seller has printed P.O box in the parcel, you no need worry anything, just be patient and wait.

Is it a China post tracking number? I didn't trace it, maybe its 2 year before tracking, Anyone please update me,

Please help. Ou Yue Ecommerce gave me tracking number RU821143559CN but still no info. Has been 2 weeks and seller said may be lost. Is this tracking number even real?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number is invalid. Your seller did not ship you anything. You have to open dispute for refund.

Hello my package is still at the customs. Tracking number is: LF251898954CN.
It arrived on january 5th. I need someone to contact from china post to contact the customs in germany where my package is.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived destination country(Germany) on Jan 5. Now China Post does not control this parcel anymore, you can contact Germany Post(DHL) and inquiry delivery detail. If Germany Post/DHL can not locate the parcel, You should open dispute to seller for lost parcel.

Dear Cina Post,
from germany we send 4 packages with DHL to DHL Global Forwarding in Shanghai. The tracking result show that 1 package delivered (CF905728020DE) but the other 3 packages not (CF905728016DE, CF905728047DE, CF905728033DE = Shanghai city attempt delivery). Please give me a information what the problem is and when will be delivered. Kind regards Oliver Schlemper, terminic Germany
