Hi I need to know where is the package, but I don't understand the tracking. The tracking of china post is this:

2016-11-15 00:19:29.0 Electronic Data Received
2016-11-21 17:30:12.0 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 received
2016-11-21 21:46:35.0 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 customs scan
2016-11-22 03:14:47.0 leaving 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 ，next station 南海
2016-11-25 11:02:33.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-11-25 23:24:07.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-11-27 20:45:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2016-11-27 21:19:56.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport
2017-01-02 15:05:14.0 Guangzhou Transit Station import customs scan ,remark (rejected )
2017-01-03 10:26:01.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared

1. Your should have provided the tracking number.

2. This tracking:
2016-11-27 21:19:56.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport
2017-01-02 15:05:14.0 Guangzhou Transit Station import customs scan ,remark (rejected )

Your parcel was ready to leave but at the last minute the scanner on the inspection detected something wrong and was return to the transit station.

3. This tracking:
2017-01-03 10:26:01.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared

They scan again your parcel and now everything is OK, your parcel is exporting again out of China.

4. You should follow closely your parcel for any new tracking. Now possibly your parcel in the mail bag have to be reschedule to go out of China.

5. You might want to advise the seller of the situation. He might be able to call China Post: 11185 to find out more about your parcel. Just give him the tracking your provided here so he understand what is going on.
