Post Where is my package now ?

Hello,
my package with the number UM729437508CN has not arrived yet and had not recived any updates in the trackingsystem since the 20th of August which was "planning going to next airport/seaport". The destination was Germany is there any way to know if or when my package will arrive ?

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

No. After the parcel left original post office, you can not get any information about this parcel because none scan it anymore.

you can not say UM729437508CN is lost. You need wait about 3 months. if it can not arrive after Nov 20(or your buyer protection is expiring), then open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RY287469755CN and UM279437508CN have no record. Both are fake numbers. Seller did not ship anything. You should be cautious of scam.
