Hi. I cant see my order track information. I tried every tracking internet site even offical china post and this site. my track numbers : RH014615517TR
please could you help me about that it has been 10 days still no information ım waiting.

Since more than 2 months the product has not been delivered.

Its more than 60 days already. How hasn't the parcel reached me yet. What is wrong ?

İt passed 18 days ı cant track my parcel yet. I tried every tracking site even this nothing gave to me it say it is invalid no information anyone help me pls

1. Tracking number is a valid tracking number.

2. I also could not find tracking number any information. You should contact seller and tell him you can not track parcel. Depending on his answer you could open a dispute to get your money back.

ı contact aliexpress support and he said maybe the shipp company update information yet is it possible ?

1. May I suggest you open a dispute about your parcel because I think the seller never mailed your parcel. In your dispute put all contact you made with seller about your parcel and explain you can not track your parcel.
