The tracking number of my pack is RL117914549CN.

The status is "leaving 福州center going to next airport/seaport" from 2016-02-19 13:35:42.0

What is happening?

the parcel stuck in Fuzhou. Normally it should be transit to Beijing or Shanghai long time ago. It might be some mistake of the sorting workers. I suggest you wait one more week and see what happens. If the status still same, you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress for lost parcel.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows the parcel left china on Feb 27. normally it will keep traveling another 2 to 4 weeks before arriving Turkey. After it arrives Turkey, you can track it in Turkey Post website.

It was sent 22 days ago to Latvia. But still no any updates...as it is still in China. Can be so long? I will be thankful for help
