http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline in July. Normally such parcel will sent to France first, then goes to French Oversea territories. Total trip can take 2 to 4 months. you need wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Hi, my seller told me that my package was hold to the custom.
I would like to know if it's in France or French Oversea territories please.
