Hello, I need help.
I've bought a pen on Amazon the 19/12/2017, and I don't receive updates since the 26/12/2017.
The tracking number is: LX062091528CN

(Sorry for my bad English, but I'm not that good on speak it) :(

Usually tracking status can't be updated while the parcel is moving between countries. There is usually a long delay after an item leaves China, until it arrives in the destination country and is scanned. I don't think your parcel has any problem.

Good news, your parcel arrived in Italy today. Not sure how long it will take to clear Customs, but you should get it soon. 😀
