So thats the story i will give you 2 tracking numbers to see whats happening to china post. RJ878379866CN left china 23/12/16 and came in 2 weeks in cyprus. RG308597888CN left china 10/12/16 and never arrived. So dont send me again the arrival days page. Someone has to investigate where all those packages lost. Only china post can do that. The person who will answer me i hope to give me the answer where this package is. Maybe still in china never send, or in hands of someone else. China post can you give the answer? RG308597888CN where is it? 😡

1. Whatever we say, you are still going to be mad about you, not receiving a parcel. The best person to help you out with your parcel is the seller. In case you did not know, may I suggest you read this:

2. You can not always say that because you receive a parcel in 2 weeks that all your parcels are going to be receive in 2 weeks. There is to much involve in the transporting of mail, may I suggest you read this:

I can fly to China in 24 hours! Why does a package take weeks?

3. Also you do have to understand that there is no electronic device attach to your parcel so it can not be follow by GPS map. So when a parcel depart a country, no more info is available and the parcel needs to be scan by the receiving country, so information become then available.

I am not mad with you or china post. I am mad from this situation. I ordered a lot of times from china and every time i get the package 10-15 days. This is the first time ever that a package takes too long to arrive in my country. First of all i wrote what our post told me. That your system allowed to check where the package is. I dont know if this is truth i dont work to post office. Second from my experience the package its late and i have my worries if this package will arrive. Its not the value of the package but i need them for my kids. Before i placed the order i contacted seller to ensure me that i will receive them before 15/01/17. The seller answer me yes of course the maximun its 1 month. Thats why i placed the order on 02/12/16. Are shoes for my brothers in law wedding my kids will be flower girls!! What to do if i receive them after 15/01/17? Just nothing. Thanks for your answer and i hope to understand that some people buy things because they need them not from hobby and they want them on time.

1. Surely don't want to take side here, but I have learn through the years of buying in China the worst time is between 01 Oct till the end of Feb.

2. Seller should had advise you of faster way to send the shoes to make sure they arrive on time. He's aware of the Holiday Season madness of parcels to China Post.
