2. As you see on both tracking your parcel are On Route/In Transit to UK. I have check the Royal Mail site and they have not yet scan your parcel. They must be very busy right now with the holiday season.
3. Also in the tracking you can see that both parcels where mail around 8 days after your purchase which is normal.
4. Just continue to track your parcel on the Royal Mail site for any new movement.
