2. According to the above tracking and other tracking I have done, it seems your parcels are On Route to Switzerland.

3. Can we be really be sure of that, the answer is no because there was a backlog of parcels in Shanghai. Did all your parcels departed and are doing some multi hoping before it gets to Switzerland, I don't know that, it might have.

4. To make sure that all your parcels are OK, may i suggest you contact seller so he can contact China Post Hot Line to find out about your parcels.

5. To me your parcels are fine, you just need to wait for them and continue to track them on the Switzerland Post site for any movement.

6. If by any chances you don't see any movement of your parcel by 15 Nov, then it might be time to open a dispute.

4. Either the parcel was not yours like the 2 other ones or Japan is a transit place for UK. Either way you need to contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. Or just open a dispute to get your money back.
