I have one delivelery from AliExpress:
RO953458968CN(Urumqi-Odintsovo, sent 2.12.2015, last information 21.12.2015, the parcel was in Kazakhstan).

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows the parcel left China/Kazkhstan border on Dec 21. it should have arrive your country long time ago. check with your local post office and see if they can find the parcel, if not, it should be lost and you need open dispute to aliexpress for lost parcel.
