RM647495141CN is.tracking number. When I will get it? It has reached destination country. When can I get it? It is already in my country

I tracked it on 17 track and I also tracked it on global post tracking Germany and I also tracked on Dhl packet tracking. Everywhere there was the shipping has arrived its destination country on 17th Nov.

Why don't you contact German Post(DHL) and inquiry parcel detail?

The status on Dhl paket is" the shipment is being transported to delivery depot. What does it mean?
