I have order until "01:58 Nov. 19 2016" I dınt wanna refund after 60 days waiting. Please inform me what's going on with my parcel. It stuck at airport.

3. Now what needs to happen is Turkey Post scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

China post receive on the 26 Nov. and u telling "In very good condition parcel to Turkey can take maximum 33 days to arrive." It's 45.th day today sir!

1. If you feel that your parcel is lost or misplace then contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. In worst case, then open a dispute for non reception of your parcel.

2. This is Mail 101 fast track.

When a parcel depart from China it might be doing this:

Multi-hop routing:
Routing is a whole separate matter, but suffice it to say that “lowest cost” tends to win out over “fastest speed”. Mail shipments may transit many countries en route to their destination.

When the parcel arrive in your country, it goes into the Inbound mail warehouse (Customs control warehouse) of the National Post Office.

Then the Customs dictate to the National Post Office when they are ready to receive more parcels to be inspected.

Then you National Post Office scan your parcel to be given to Customs for clearance. Then back to the National Post Office for delivery.

3. It's your parcel and your money, you do what is best for you.

That is not answer! No excuse no solve...! You just telling that i allready know. My parcel my money, but not my company! I want my parcel information. Where is it? Why waitng? Is it lost? Give me answers, not "to do list"! You have to send my parcel 10 days ago, its my parcel, my money but not my problem! It is your problem. I am going to litigate your company

1. Just get over it, I explain to you what is going on. There is no electronic device attach to your parcel to follow it on a GPS map.

2. Next time if you need a parcel faster just use Fedex or DHL.

3. In the meantime, either wait for your parcel or open a dispute with the seller for non reception of parcel.
