Hello.

I saw that my order with the tracking code LX390646867CN has not moved since many days, it has been lost or what happened? Thanks for the help. Please advise if it is something wrong.

Nothing wrong. Tracking can remain frozen for weeks if not months after it has left china. U should wait patiently and keep tracking it on spain post website.
